Elise Martin-Vignerte is a solicitor and a French lawyer member of the Strasbourg Bar Association. She qualified in October 2016 after completing her traineeship at MacGuill & Company and at Avocat et Conseil Reunion in France. She graduated with a Bachelor of Civil and Public law and a Masters of Law in civil litigation from Pierre Mendes France University (Grenoble, France). She also obtained a Masters of Law in international public and private law with a focus on international private law (2013) from Strasbourg University (France) and a Diploma in Comparative law with honours of the International Faculty of Comparative law (2014). She holds a Certificate in Advanced Advocacy from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
Before entering Strasbourg Bar School she worked for the French agriculture department in the Fisheries and Environmental Protection Services to implement EU regulations.
Elise has experience both in France (refugee law, corporate and business law, European law and civil litigation) and in Ireland (civil litigation, European law, criminal law and Coroner inquests). As a solicitor she practices advocacy in Irish, French and European Courts.
She is a member of the European Criminal Bar Association.
