Aimée McCumiskey graduated with an LLB from Trinity College Dublin in 2008. She trained and qualified with a top 5 law firm and worked as a Solicitor in their financial regulation team until June 2015. Following this, Aimée spent almost two years working in-house for an asset manager advising on a variety of issues including regulatory compliance and contract negotiation. In April 2017, Aimée joined MacGuill & Company, having worked here as an intern for over 2 years before commencing her traineeship.
Aimée advises clients in all Courts, including the Superior Courts and European Court of Human Rights. Aimée has experience of both criminal and civil litigation and has worked as part of a trial team dealing with complex areas of law.
Aimée holds a Certificate in Advanced Advocacy (Law Society of Northern Ireland), a Certificate in Data Protection Practice (Law Society of Ireland) and has received SUPRALAT training on advising clients in Garda Stations.
