Our firm has wide experience in appearing before public inquiries of many forms.
In the Smithwick Tribunal, MacGuill & Company successfully represented a client who was fully exonerated of all wrongdoing in the tribunal findings, published in 2013.
More recently, the firm represented the next of kin of the late Ronan MacLochlainn in the commission of investigation into his death, established in August 2014.
Our extensive experience and advice has assisted parties in several other commissions of investigation and public enquiries generally, including representing clients’ interests before committees of the Oireachtas.
